Our program manager have many years of experience supporting and administering over many projects in managerial roles whose complexity have enabled them to expertly balance program factors such as: schedule, cost, regulatory compliance, legal issues, and performance. Our program managers understand the right orchestration of best practices regarding planning, monitoring, and controlling can make the difference in completing a project on time, on budget, and with high quality results.

A2A utilizes best in practice theories of the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) as developed over the years by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Outright we invest the time needed to properly plan your project needs to produce to reduce cost, duration and increase quality over time. Our program managers help you define the requirements at the strategic level ensuring all stakeholders are considered. Through specific liaison and coordination we ensure we ask the right questions of the right people and develop a plan that ensures the buy-in of all the stakeholders.

Our management team define the project management procedures in detail creating a work plan and work Breakdown structure that captures requirements in detail, assigning resources and estimating work out as far as possible ensuring to mitigate planning risks and obstacles in the foreseeable future.
